At Piece of Wellness, we believe that no one should have to face grief alone. Our grief support circles offer a warm, welcoming, and compassionate space where people can come together to find understanding, connection, and support following the loss of a loved one.
We are delighted to be entering an exciting new chapter and are incredibly grateful to Iwade Barn and Rainham Christian Fellowship for generously opening their community spaces to us.
Their kindness means that, from August onwards, our grief support circles will continue to be completely free to attend, helping to remove financial barriers so that anyone in our local community who needs bereavement support can access it. Their generosity reflects a shared commitment to supporting emotional wellbeing, reducing isolation, and strengthening our community, and we are truly thankful to be working alongside them.
As our community continues to grow, we are expanding to two welcoming venues, making it easier for more people across Sittingbourne, Iwade, Rainham, Swale, and the surrounding areas of Kent to access compassionate grief support.
Iwade Barn

Tea, coffee and light refreshments are available, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere before and during the session.
Whether this is your first visit or you've been with us before, you'll always receive a warm welcome. There is never any expectation to speak. Some people share their experiences, while others simply listen. Every person's grief is unique, and you are free to participate in whatever way feels right for you.
By offering two locations each month, we hope to reach even more people who may be living with loss, creating opportunities for connection, compassion, and shared healing within our local community.
Grief can feel incredibly isolating, but together we can remind one another that no one has to carry it alone.
